Do you enjoy reading books? I think that when you read a book it helps you learn bigger and better vocabulary.  When your kids don’t read what are they doing instead? Are they watching tv? Doing sports? Or nothing? Well, I remember when I was younger and hated to read books. I could try to read but I couldn’t find any books that I liked then I read the series of Unfortunate Events. WOW! I enjoyed almost every second of reading those books.  I read them even thought they were above my reading level and I learned a lot of new words and that shows that when kids are reading they learn new things!
