What could help you lose weight?

I know that lots of people like to eat junk food and so do I but just think, we could be losing weight instead of gaining weight.  So this summer I am tring to lose weight and stay really skiny.  I started off my summer by going onto www.google.com and researching healthy strawberry smoothies. Yum, I found this really good recipe and tried it out. It turns out the recipe was health and really sweet and was nice and cool.  I started a thing that I would try to eat a smoothie every morning. You don’t have to use strawberries. Just type in the kind of smoothie you want and then there should be a recipe for it then try it with an adult or somebody who can use the blender,  and see if you like it. I have tried making a peach and strawberry smoothie and they both turned out perfect.

So try a smoothie recipe if you like smoothies and let’s all lose weight together!

  1. Smoothies are soooooo good. I think you just have to be careful not to add too much suger. :)
