Does Walking Help Your Health?

I think that when you walk or play outside that is really good for you and that helps you stay fit and healthy which means you might not get sick as quickly. If you don’t like the doctor or any shots you might want to remember to eat healthy, get lots of rest, try to exercie more, and try not to be very strested.

I have been tring to go on a walk every once and a while with my family and sometimes with my friends. Even if you play tag, basketball, or any sports that helps your heath and helps you lose weight.  If you wouold like to know some ways to eat healthy read the other article above.
