Health foods!

I will give you a few healthy foods for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Breakfast- apple, banana, orange, grapes, pinapple, watermelon, canalope, peach, smoothies, and cereal. I really think that having healthy foods are kind of sweet and that fruits are very healthy. Lunch- peanut butter sandwitch,macaroni & cheese, and any kind of meat. Supper-meats, bread, spaghitti, and hamloaf. These are all very healthy foods that I eat and did you know that when you eat junk food you don’t ever really get filled up but when you eat healthy you are filled up until the next meal if not more than that.
